Narrative Tenses A good storyteller knows all about the anchor.  Are you one of them?

Weaving stories is part of what makes us human. Some of these stories are pretty straightforward and we narrate the events in the same order as they are happening or just as they took place. On other occasions, we introduce flashbacks, we add coments about our hopes and dreams; we remember something else from the distant past and make predictions about what will come to pass if a situation prospers... Whatever the story, what all of them need to be good is to have a clear anchor to guide the flow of their words.

Watch this video to learn what an anchor point is and how to use it to your advantage while creating your narratives.
